By using your car's own ISOFIX system you can easily install this car seat in either a rear facing or forward facing mode. Thereby, a direct connection between car seat and your car is created. In case of an impact all forces that occur are distributed away from the seat and transferred to the body of the car.

Depending on the individual body type of your child, i.e. once your child has reached 76 cm in height and an age of 16 months, you can even use the Sirona Q i-Size in a forward-facing mode. In this position, a continuously adjustable impact shield protects your child properly. The 360° rotation mechanism makes everyday use for you as parents considerably easier. Without having to detach the car seat completely, you can simply switch from a rear-facing mode to a forward-facing mode. With only a flick of the wrist you can turn the car seat to the side which makes it particularly easy for your child to get in and out of the seat.

湖人近況相當不錯，小皇帝LeBron James心情也大好，在主場迎戰墊底的太陽，湖人要尋求連勝，一開賽表現不理想，太陽則是火力全開，一度領先多達17分，打完第一節湖人落後10分，但第二節馬上回神。

小皇帝妙傳，這一節湖人打出40：15的比分，逆轉戰局，上半場結束，太陽反倒落後了15分，湖人全隊有6人得分來到兩位數，大前鋒Kyle Kuzma23分最高，James22分第二。

名．醫．問．診－心跳過快會早死嗎？

大多人都有量血壓的習慣，也熟知過高的血壓會造成腦血管或心血管疾病，但很少人會注意到心跳太快所造成的不良影響。

過去的動物研究中，發現體積越小的動物，如老鼠或猴子，心跳每分鐘可以跳300-600下，相對於體型較大的動物，如鯨魚，每分鐘只有20下，心跳比較慢的動物通常比心跳較快的壽命更長。科學家花了很多精神去解釋這個現象，他們認為過快的心跳會造成血管內皮細胞受損，導致血管硬化誘發神經賀爾蒙改變，造成細胞凋亡，引發心臟衰竭，最後死亡。

今天所探討的是在正常「休息狀態」下的心跳偏快。一般來說，正常的心跳每分鐘約60-100下，然而對於有心臟疾病的人標準又稍有不同。心臟衰竭或是心血管疾病合併心臟收縮功能不良的病人，每分鐘70以上的心跳，爾後再發生心血管疾病或心衰竭住院的比例要明顯高於心跳低於每分鐘70下的病人。當然，這些結果對於病態性心跳過慢的病人，並不適用。

心跳過快到底對人類有多大的影響呢？相關的臨床研究發現，在心肌梗塞後的病人身上，休息時的心跳越快，死亡率相對越高。如果能把休息時的心跳降下來，則不論全死亡率，心因性死亡，甚至心肌梗塞再發的預防都能顯著下降。每分鐘只要能降10個心跳左右，即可下降30％的死亡率。不僅如此，對於心絞痛的病人，休息時過快的心跳也會誘發胸痛發作，原因在於增加心臟的耗氧量，導致缺氧。

如何控制心跳頻率在良好的狀態？可以依醫師的指示按時服藥，適當的藥物控制，可獲得明顯改善。臨床上控制心跳的藥物有很多，但有些藥物的副作用會使人更容易感到疲累，造成人們抗拒服用藥物，更有人認為這些只不過是血壓藥而不想按時吃，殊不知讓自己暴露在心臟病發病的危險之下。因此，心衰竭病患或是心肌梗塞後的病患，若想要活得長久，這些藥物可是救命的仙丹呢！
